Ready-made pieces are made in standard UK dress sizes. If you're commissioning a bespoke piece, sizing and measurements are discussed with you individually before work begins.

Turnaround varies by piece. Ready-made items in stock are dispatched promptly. Made-to-measure and commissioned pieces take longer, as each is created individually — get in touch for an estimate on your specific order.

Yes — Susan accepts a small number of commissions each year, including made-to-measure garments and bespoke textile art pieces. A 35% deposit is required to begin a commission, with the balance due before dispatch. Get in touch with your ideas.

Each piece is carefully folded in acid-free tissue and placed in a rigid postal box. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with delivery within 3–5 working days across the UK. You'll receive a tracking number by email.

Bright Hopes Art is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price shown on the site.
